Google has announced that over 3,000 Android games are now available on the Play Games PC store for Windows devices. This is a significant increase from the beta version of the store, which had a limited selection of games.
Popular games like Asphalt 9: Legends, BADLAND, Clash Of Clans, and Clash Royale are now available on the Play Games PC store. Google has also added new features to the store, such as a search bar and filters to help you find the games you want to play.
Unfortunately, I didn’t find any of the Android games I play, like COD Mobile, PUB G, Match Masters, Royal Match, CSR 2, and Bullet Echo. None! Meaning, that these developers have either not submitted their games for distribution on Google Play Games, they’re not fully ported yet, or they’re still in the process.
If you’re lucky and you do find games you play, the Play Games PC app now supports gaming console controllers, such as the PS5 DualSense and Xbox controllers. This gives you more ways to play your favourite Android games on your computer.
Google has also added support for 4K resolution for higher-end games. You can choose between different screen resolution options by clicking Shift + Tab.
Overall, these new features show that Google is committed to expanding the availability of Android games to more platforms. If you are a Windows user, you can now enjoy a wide selection of Android games on your computer.
